How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be packaged Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email. Orders within the USA reach their destination within 5-7 business days, and Canadian orders can take up to 7-10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, we are only shipping to the USA and Canada.

What is your return policy? 

Our collection is curated from antique shops which have acquired wear and unique imperfections over time. Some are also very fragile, hand made pieces. Due to the nature of our items and repurposing/converting processes, all sales from No Loyalties are final and we do not accept returns. Please choose your purchases carefully and review item details and information.

In unlikely event that the item was broken upon delivery, please email us pictures of the item, invoice, packaging, and a detailed description of damage to no.loyalties0@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any purchase if it does not meet our refund policy.
